  • Au fil des saisons | Rolande Ouellon Au fil des saisons | Rolande Ouellon Setting aside Quebec flowers and gardens, which have been her inspiration for over 25 years, Trois-Rivieres artist Rolande Ouellon takes on a new approach. With impulsive yet fluid and round brush strokes inspired by rather zany landscapes, the trees, houses and paths often seem to come straight from a child’s imagination. With the help of soft, pure and yet contrasting colours, mixed with the [...] Next
  • Espaces de clarté | Marie-Eve Bérubé Espaces de clarté | Marie-Eve Bérubé Blossoming from a practice oriented by a fictional mapping of imagined places, the pieces presented in the Espaces de clarté exhibition invite you to a meeting between common spaces and the infinitely vast. The spaces take shape, contrast each other and complete each other with pieces coming together in a more or less precise puzzle. The pictorial pieces combine puzzle pieces, stencil patterns [...] Next

  • Réflexion spéculaire | Jean-Nicolas Simard Réflexion spéculaire | Jean-Nicolas Simard With Réflexion Spéculaire, Jean-Nicolas Simard offers an exhibition where emotion, discovery, sense and awakening are key. Calling to mind the brilliance of stained glass, his work evolves in a universe of duality, where gentleness and brutality, light and darkness, balance and imbalance coexist with one another. This duality shines through in the artists’ approach, inspired by questions [...] Next
  • Ressacs | Félix Michaud Ressacs | Félix Michaud Initially inspired by homelessness and escape, Félix Michaud’s exhibition evokes a return to his roots. Similar to the undertows of the sea which move back and forth in a timeless cycle, the artist wanted to put the passing of time, childhood memories and a return to his roots into images. Using a technique which borrows from many different periods, the result is a subjective photographic corpus [...] Next
